NHS Lanarkshire / Forth Valley Joint Medicines Information Service
This service is available to all healthcare professionals working in acute and primary care across NHS Lanarkshire and Forth Valley. We welcome enquiries from both new and existing users of the service. When contacting us, please advise if your question is general or patient specific; the timescale in which you require the information; and (where relevant) provide as much background information as possible e.g. patient details, past medical history and drug history to allow us to tailor our answer to your patient.
